Like, can you see your AD slowly rising throughout the game, or just it just dump it on you at exactly 10 minutes? It'd be kinda silly being in the middle of a teamfight at 59:57 while defending base and autoing things before suddenly getting a giant 36 AD out of the blue and winning everything.

I think it'd be good to have some effect because sometimes you don't pay attention to the clock and knowing when you have those extra power can be a good thing.
