implying nothing, riot said that they don't want kayle to have a burst and nerfed her Q, i'm just saying that they also nerfed her DPS.

kayle shouldnt have burst because she is a sustained dps/ support champion kayle shouldnt have high dps/because she is also a supportive champion kayle shouldnt support so good becuase she can also deal damage

and so on, kayle is a perfect mix beetwen a mage and a support, so riot will prolly not allow her to live ballance wise

also the fact that her latest polularity was only because some pro soloed a riven renekton and some other champion in an epic 1v3, so i dont realy know if she wasnt op before and isnt ballanced now
