+All cooldowns reset on kill.

He also needs to put some true damage in there somewhere...

and a knockup on every q that hits when e lands...

Kobila200025 votes

Don't forget UNFUNAT MOBILUTAY If Yasuo needed minions to dash and now Kalista only needs to aa the next logical improvement is to have a champion on a dash with every step they make. Hey, Urgot has 4 legs, he should put them to use.

OyddAWqJ5r12 votes

4 legs so bonus movement speed is quadrupled. Urgot's ult is now also instant, has no cooldown and can be cast on any unit, ally or enemy to include friendly champions. Cuz not letting your allies choose if they wanna be yanked around is the new norm. Kalista :D

But lets not forget that Acid Hunter is now targetable too. So you can insta R all your Q's! :D

There's a knockup in there somewhere too, we just can't seem to be able to find it under all the other things we loaded onto him :/

"You can't beat me, so join me, I could use a good pair of legs"Urgot

Budupops35 votes

im not going to even mind because urgot deserves to be op after so many years of being trash

DreamReaper12313 votes

Urgot top is a renekton-level lane bully. I had 80 to 20 cs with him once.

Slaaneshine4 votes

People have always called him bad, but they just don't know how to play him! Before the real mobility creep started to set in, I considered him sleeper OP. You basically couldn't lose to people in a one versus one fight; the secret's in his passive.

PoisonedPeace2 votes

I swear, if they change his passive... In all honesty, I wouldn't be surprised if they lowered his range to make him pseudo-melee. Other than acid hunter, his kit is 100% top lane bruiser.

LeeDark1 votes

Except Renekton has a dash, and Urgot dies the moment the jungler shows up.

Duke Anax7 votes

Renekton has a dash, Urgot doesn't need a dash.

LeeDark3 votes

Right, because in a long lane like top, which will inevitably push the other way as Urgot uses his E in the midst of creeps to tag the opposing champions, you don't need a dash to avoid dying to ganks.

Do you even play this game, or are you just plain stupid?

Duke Anax3 votes

Are you one of those guys that don't know what a Ward is? You really shouldn't need a dash to avoid a Gank.

Also Urgot has one of the longest ranges in game, that means he is already standing further back than Renekton would be when he dashed back.

LeeDark2 votes

Pros ward all the time and still die to ganks. And Renekton can dash twice. Urgot's range isn't really that far.

SmokinSickStyle26 votes

"Why don't we have C.T. design and balance all the champs? If everybody's OP, nobody's OP".

You can say all you want about that guy, but at least we gotta acknowledge that he has released very fun champs and unique kits, my personal favorite being Zed.

Xenohaz50 votes

I actually agree. His champions have all been really fun to play as. Playing against them is another story though.

killd0zer25 votes

It's not hard to make something flashy and "fun" in a complete vacuum. A champion with a 1.5k range targeted stun might be "fun"

A good designer looks beyond "lolol u no wut wuld be kewl"

Mandang015 votes

^This.

CT champs are fun for the 1 person in the game playing them, and miserable for the 5 playing against.

Ariel the Cruel44 votes

Kalista Is miserable for 6 people. Not 5.

Kobila200012 votes

Well with CT, he does have good ideas. It's true, it's not easy to think of a kit that's different from others and fun. It's just that someone needs to stop him from dumping all his ideas onto a single champion.

"This new champion will have a hook with a 1,5 sec stun and an aoe knockback and collect free stats from minions and have a free flash he can give to his ally with an aoe shield and a dmg boost for his aa and a cage with a huuuge slow and and..." No, no, no, stop, enough! I know you want to make your toy as shiny as possible, but we can not possibly dump this much stuff onto a single champion. BAM, crisis averted.

Pryotra26 votes

Passive: same, but with an additional ability: Undead Crab: Getting a kill restores 50% of urgots mana.

Q: Now Deals % missing HP physical damage on hit.

W: while the sheild is active, landing Q will grant urgot 70% MS buff for 3 seconds.

E: Same functionality, but Q CD is reduced to 1/2 the CD if cast on a homing target.

R: Now knocks up everyone around both sides of the teleport, and automatically applies his E in an area around him upon teleport. No longer roots Urgot for duration.

Am I doing it right?

KaisadiIIa7 votes

Seems like actual CertainlyT buffs.

Zone of Endless18 votes

Urgot is now manaless

Rasv3 votes

and now only 2 champions will build Manamune

BakedLotion15 votes

Naw he'll just have 50 passives.

Narasimha11 votes

For the record, you do know he also made Darius and Zyra, right? Two of the most immobile champs around? Say what you want about him, but mobility isn't too much of a flaw with him.

BetaDude4026 votes

Issue with CertainlyT is every single champion he makes seems to be infinitely worse than the previous.

Lucian was supposed to be the "mobile ADC". Then Kalista Bitch came out, and she continues to outperform many older ADCS (Lucian, Twitch, Ashe, just to name a few)

What does CertainlyT's future potentially hold? If the trend continues, then we are about to delve into the lowest levels of Hell.

Ninpire2 votes

Honestly I figured kalistas aas would hurt as much as ezreals aas when I saw the passive but nope. They hurt way more.

Xelvi9 votes

And both of those champs have been nerfed and did/still have absolutely insane elements of their kit(s).

Sirsir3 votes

Yeah but look what he has done lately. Everything new he makes has at least 2 dashes. The most recent 2 have a theoretically infinite amount

killd0zer3 votes

He compensated "lack of mobility" with "kill absolutely anything that gets near me"

LeeDark5 votes

Which, from a balance perspective in League of Gap-closers, makes perfect sense.

Sona Ping1 votes

Actually, no; you've got that wrong. Only one of those champions you mentioned was designed by him; go look.

One champion was first designed by Skribbles, then co-designed by three others including Coronach, and had CT as the final designer. The other champion was designed by CT and has a bleed passive that is better than all the others with an ultimate that can do hundreds of points of true damage on a cooldown less than a minute. with resets.

I'll let you figure out which one is which.

Ariel the Cruel16 votes

with an ultimate that can do hundreds of points of true damage

Chogath Quietly tip-toes under the radar.

SmokingPuffin10 votes

I think the better question is which new passives will he have.

Kingsgrave2 votes

{quoted}

I think the better question is which new passives will he have.

Kalista has no real random passive Yasuo got a lot of his taken away Zyra has only one Darius has only one Zed has only one

I think it would be nice if Urgot Q and W had mana scaling and he got a new passive altogether. It would make him decent without making him insane while we wait for the rework.

SmokingPuffin10 votes

Zyra and Zed both have scaling passives on W.

Darius has a scaling passive on his E.

Thresh has a scaling passive on E. Used to be on Q, man was that OP.

Yasuo originally had three passives (Intent, Resolve, Wind Wall). Now he "only" has two, and doing that was not CertainlyT's call.

Kalista has Martial Cadence and Oathsworn.

Keevalroy10 votes

If he really is the one doing the rework, I'm not looking forward to it, but I guess Urgot does deserve to be completely cancerous to play against for having been the worst champion in the game for multiple years.

Prepare youself to fight a 700 ms urgot when he shield himself

Still not enough mobility, he needs a dash.

Jalkan8 votes

The problem with CertainlyT is that although he creates mechanically interesting and unique kits, he sometimes fails to see the how they would play out for the enemy players.

dandyangel8 votes

They will see the true power of URGOD Urgot

xD

Zmuecat6 votes

I think I'd prefer leaving him the way he is.

The Whamboozler5 votes

Dangit... he'd better not move Urgot into god tier and get the poor bastard nerfed. He's been through enough.

Ariel the Cruel3 votes

Karma is still alone in her deep dark dungeon. Maybe someday, they'll let in visitors.

Karma HaHaHaHaHa.

AMYS GRAVE4 votes

is this real? is CertainlyT really reworking urgot? source?

Ayal3 votes

I hope they dont nerf Urgot 's dark form though, it feels just right

Klatn Yelox1 votes

How about allowing you to Zhonya's while channeling your ult. No buff in damage, no buff in mobility. Just a slight buff in his ability to delay damage dealt to him, and giving him a bit more utility.

Klatn Yelox4 votes

On second thought, building Zhonya's on Urgot, even for that reason, would be terrible. Never mind.
