I mean the dude has been strong since release and then they buffed him? I'll never understand how he has been the consistent best jungler for HOW many patches? And unlike lee sin, he doesnt fall off. There are no weak abusable points to him So like ?

The reason I think they are afraid of touching him is because he really wasn't strong on release, he had a below 45 percent winrate on launch and was even considered a trollpick when you picked him in ranked.
But I do agree, he really needs a nerf now.
