Can Lane nunu get a buff?
ik that his E can be bit on the oppressive side but I'm talking about his Q
like when nunu eats creeps:he gains 5% tenacity,this buff lasts 1/4 the normal duration of his other buffs

his sustain in lane is fucking brutal and his E slow makes me want to kill myself.
but once it hits late game, we win anyways, because he's nunu and i'm not.
