So how does Rito define Utility?

Rito: "Elise is doing well and has a decent strategic identity (early power jungler with high utility and map presence)."

So, any champ with a stun is "high" utility"?

To me, a high utility champ has more than just a stun, like Lulu allied movespeed buff/poly/shield/true sight/knock up.. Or something like Poppy with anti-dash/stun/and knock-away. Or Nautilus with 4 cc's.

Just curious what Ritos logic is in describing Elise as high utility, it's concerning.

p.s. Elise can solo lane too, but she's only described as Jungler.

She has more than just a stun. She has a self heal, escape, and stun.

you are describing her mobility and sustain, and you said stun twice

Both which are huge portions of utility. Ahri getting some MS even after some major nerfs and the removal of DFG saw her receive one of the highest win rates in the game.

there's team utility, like lulu, and then there's self-utility, which is not just cc, but mobility. Elise's e in either form is a very unique spell that provides something for herself or the team that virtually no other champions have (her web is a no-damage stun, so it makes dives easier, and her rappel is like being removed from the game. only a handful of champs have either of these (nasus w slow, fizz e) and even fewer have both).

yall straight missing the point entirely lmao.

I know Elise has some utility, but no, definitely not high utility.

by those standards 3/4 of the champs in this game can be defined as "high" utility
