There needs to be a way to report outside of a game if I am forced to dodge during hostile lobby

If I have to dodge a lobby due to someone being hostile I would like to report them. I don't think it's quite fair I have to lose LP, wait a queue timer due to someone else's ignorance. I also do not agree with how Riot handles their report system because I've reported many people in the past, received the notice that the report was acknowledged but see them still playing games. Quality judgment system.

There is very little done to actual trolls in this game vs toxicity. I've seen people intentionally feed but as long as they don't say a word they slide by. Remember that 100% win rate Yi in korea? Why do you think he got to slide by with a 0% win rate on Tahm Kench for almost 300 games? It's because Riot doesn't detect that shit. They can only read chat logs and ban people for toxic banter
