though, as a Soraka main, I'd like to point out that if my jungler is near bot lane, I always wait in-between them and their next camp (outside of exp range) and heal them to full after they finish the first camp. My adc is fine for 10 seconds alone =P

Even when you are in a hurry, one heal right before you run off to lane can seriously improve your junglers clear, especially with assassin/carry junglers who struggle with sustain.

That's exactly why I do it. Us supports and junglers, we know the struggle from the abuse of solo laners. We gotta stick together.

It's really sad to see ADCs complaining about a support roaming or something. As an MF main it really creates a bad stereotype. Personally I don't care if my support roams, probably because it's like 50% of the reason why supports exist lol

His problem is that his laning phase is so atrocious that he can't afford to roam. Supports can really only roam usefully when the enemy laners are pushed out, and he has absolutely no ability to apply or prevent pressure. When he's there, it's a 2v1.5, and so roaming will always be a ba(r)d idea.

Last time I tried this I set up all three shrines then went back to base, then when I looked over my sivir just ran into all 3 before the camp even spawned.

I often times try to gank lanes that abuse me.

Sadly, most of my ganks end up failing due to my skills accidentally hitting an entire minion wave.

Seriously, a Bard yesterday helped me get a kill top (And he got an Assist too I think) because he left a shrine at my tower. He also left one by Gromp for the jungler and at mid tower.

There's absolutely no reason not to grab W first as Bard. I usually put 2 shrines in jungle and 1 shrine in mid, then by the time we start laning bot, the jungle ones are taken so I can put 2 in bot. And the first 3 chimes negate most of the mana loss.

Better for leashing, yes. Better for clearing: no.

Giving all 3 shrines to jungler is effectively removing 1 camp worth of damage. And when some junglers have to back after only 3 or 4 camps, that is huge. Never mind if they have to face a strong counter-jungler (like Shaco).

only if they're smart enough to dive into the stasis cast. otherwise you just throw it so it only hits the tower. its a skill shot ability, not a target. you can pick out fringe targets however you please if you have the aim for it.

Maybe this is Bard's calling... a support that can assist more than one lane (inc. jungle) in the laning phase. Pair him with an ADC that can stall a lane well, and while you do sacrifice the ADC's ability to hypercarry/snowball, you get overall better team performance.
