Darius pull CD is way too high early game

This is what keeps him from harrasing way too much in lane.

once upon a time the cd was shorter and was one of the reasons he was considered too strong. the end

I don't even play him and I think its too high, just from watching people play him on stream. If need be maybe nerf the cone's width ever so slightly. Its not like he needs to grab 3 people just his one priority target. His q has enough aoe on it.
