When I build thornmail against a vayne(or any adc in general) I expect them to be punished by killing themselves for focusing a tank over a carry. Not be able to to kill me with no risk because they can just lifesteal any damage I dish out.
I wouldn't complain about this if we still had more grevious wounds in the game but you keep removing that which makes it hard for any ad champ or tank to counterplay it.
Durzaka1 votesYou need nearly 60% lifesteal (without any addition MR items) in order to NEGATE the damage dealt by Thornmail. let alone heal more than it deals.

Trash MammaI1 votesIt hardly counters lifesteal since most adcs have a bork and BT. ADC itemization is gross. After the changes when I fight a bruiser(like Riven) and build armor. I actually feel like a tank. I'm hard to kill (instead of getting brut and getting eliminated easy)
When I build armor vs a Riven/Darius/Garen/Wu etc. I FEEL like i'm becoming harder and harder to kill.
When I build armor vs a Vayne/Jinx/Lucian/Sivir etc. I FEEL like i'm just another squishy because of how easily they shred you.
If I'm a 6 armor item Garen vs a 6 item jinx I should be able to /laugh as her damage does nothing, while being nearly 1 shot by the mage due to non-existant MR.
Right now a 6 armor garen vs a item jinx can easily just lifesteal everything up and shred him because bork + Bt + lw + IE will melt him. AS is just to make it go even faster.
