Why are they shaving off power from the buff to Miss Fortune's Bullet Time?

Was it too powerful? Was it melting targets too quickly in the late game? I don't have access to the pbe (despite being accepted), but this just saddens me. I was excited about being able to pick Miss Fortune and have impactful ults. Was it really that strong that it required to have such a weak bonus ad scaling? :\ If anybody got to try her out, some clarity would be appreciated!

Miss Fortune Bullet Time (R) new bonus AD ratio changed to .1/.175/.25 from .1/.25/.4

That does not surprise me in the least. A .4 AD ratio was just utterly insane. .4AD per wave*8 waves=3.2 AD ratio on an AoE spell. Given 300 AD (reasonable estimate for a lategame ADC) your looking at the buff adding 900+ damage to her ult.

Riot very, very rarely deals in buffs/nerfs that large, even on a channeled ability Given how even small buffs/nerfs have been known to make or break champions, this is probably a good thing.

Even at .25AD, your still looking at +600 damage,

It really was a huge buff. This is a bit more reasonable. It will tide her over until the rework, and she'll still be decently powerful, but there will still be frustrations to playing her. Oh well.
