With Devourer disabled, I'm actually enjoying the game more... surprisingly.

I don't know why, but ever since I came home yesterday, and even today, from work and discovered Devourer was disabled... I was eager and looked forward to playing League. I was even enjoying myself, seeing the more diverse picks and it kind of opened my eyes that Devourer is just not a good item, and was a poorly made ( and clearly rushed, since Feral Flare proved to be a huge mistake but made a comeback in the guise of Devourer ) replacement for attack speed junglers.

yea but annie takes skill. you have to be able to hit 3 buttons in quick succession to successfully pull of her combo Kappa

late game veigar spam his cage (8 cd cooldown) and when someone is stunned he gets picked off,not so difficult to pull off

You're forgetting the requirements for Annie's combo to work: she has to have flash and her enemy(s) have to be brain dead.

If you sold your sated devourer, you kept the phantom hits anyway, so you could still have the most broken part of the item and then go buy a better one in its slot.

After you got sated, you could sell it for another jungle item and still keep the sated effect including Phantom Hit.

no, i'm pretty sure that the bug was that they accidentally added devourer into the game. good thing they fixed the bug by removing it.

For the first time in a long time I have finally seen Maokai in the jungle. Although it might be because he blends in . But nevertheless I have finally seen a maokai go jungle in like 2 years not including URF?

devourer champs are still viable using other enchants, there aren't any qq threads that say bring back devourer. remove it

I wish I had your luck. I see it constantly, and the item literally stresses me out because it's a race if both teams have a devourer jungler, or one team gets neglected by their jungler while the other receives so much help from theirs.

I assume devourer was disabled yesterday? I see 7 games straight with no enemy devourer (there's one game when your team's shyvanna has devourer) that are 2 or more days old on your match history. Even the udyr went for warrior.

The only people I suppose see it often are in silver/bronze.

I'm a devourer jungler, and I have to say this is GREAT for the game..... THIS is separating the men from the boys in the jungle. A good jungler rolls with it and figures out other ways/builds to win, the devourer reliant button mashers are getting facerolled. I'm loving this, seriously. My next to last match looked grim from the start, but my team held on with their fingernails while I turned around form like 4/9 and ended up taking objectives and ended up at 15/14. Improvise, adapt and overcome, devourer pfffft. Gnar

same i played xin zao i decided to build cinder hulk and guess what it worked out well the thing is a lot of devourer jungles can still go with things like warrior or cinder hulk which mean that devourer isn't all that necessary also fuck devourer or warrior MasterYi so much bullshit.....

Maybe it is just your league or something, but isn't devourer the least popular enchantment? Warrior, Runeglaive and Cinderhulk are all taken more.

The funny thing is, it's not even Devourer. Every jungler who used it is STILL running around which only a minimal loss of strength. Xin, Shy, Yi, etc.

Except, it is Devourer. Devourer allows Yi to get Double Strike off much faster, often for a Quadruple Strike and he gets his Wuju's Style active off faster. Xin gets easier access to knocking up champions and healing himself with his W's passive. Shyv gets quadruple strike with her Twin Bite, which along with her E, chunks a LOT of your maximum health.

And yet, every single one of those champions is doing equally well with Warrior. Or in Shyv's case, Cinderhulk. Know what that means? It means it wasn't Devourer being the problem

Not equally well, but they're satisfactory. Back to their old levels of power or close to it since some of them were changed for the introduction of Sated.
