7% AR pen or MR pen on AD shaco?
He does more magic damage than physical until mid-late game just wondering if I should cheese that with 7% magic pen or just go for the late game armor pen?

You should have 18 points in the Cunning Tree for Thunderlord's Decree and Precision (which is flat armor pen and magic pen).
