Ok so this is full retard, i mean how op katarina has been made, i know riot has some issues with the god tier, i personaly thing all champions should be competitive at all times, but katarina is absolutely redicilous!!! At lvl2 with q-w combo she would get 50% of my hp down ( playing as vladimir) at lvl 3 and having no kills or items her q-w-e combo would take 70% of my hp!!!! I mean fck why does she get to do so much dmg without a single item, her passive is super op considering he already low CDs and her superlow CD ultimate. Even of she is left behing in a lane she can roam, gank bot a couple times and then she will pentakill at ease. I find it extremely disturbing to fight against her especially if she is last pick and noone has picked a counterpic to her. She is a one man army and i feel like she NEEDS a serious nerf, i mean riot nerfed fizz who wasn't being played as much anyways, and katarina now destroys everything in her path......

I dont need mr runes to face ANY other champion so i don't see a reason why I'd need some for katarina lvl2-3, i am nost saying that you are wrong, but generally she has way too much dmg especially early game, i had a friend play against her in mid lane with morgana, he killed her 3 times, she got pissed, started camping other lanes, got a couple kills and then she started melting people, i mean cmon a couple of kills is all she needs to get going and start throwing pentakills around....

i hear your concerns. ive beeb playing kata since early season 2 or something like that so im a little protective. That being said. I dont think people understand how her nerf this patch will affect her. She cant hit bot lane with a q run up river behind them. Have ally bot lane take out the person she hit then have full resets to ruin other enemy bot and maybe jungler. If you want to beat a kata make sure you have someone save some hard cc SAVED. a good kat will try to watch for cc to go down and then go into a fight. If she cant ult she cant chain resets and can probably be shutdown.

I just feel like it's fair for all the champions to be competitive, right now katarina has very few weaknesses and she can roam and get easy kills which will bring her back even if she does poorly in her lane. I don't want to 'have' to ban her and waste a ban on her or get to face her, i mean i play garen top all the time and its pretty easy, i can do good even against my counters and if things go wrong, I'll teleport bit get a double an comeback, so maybe i shouldn't complain but kata is so easy to snowball that it's not evem funny...
