Its both a nerf(longer window of time to react to) and a buff(for bad alistars)

Whoever wrote those patchnotes had no idea what is going on there.

They didn't reduce the travel time to give Alistar's opponents time to react they did it to give Alistar's players time to react.

Headbut is targeted so there isn't much you can do anyway. However to successfully pull of the WQ combo, you need perfect timing, this is what the change in speed makes easier.

It is not a nerf to Alistar, it is a Buff, because there will be a lot less accidental saves now.

Pretty sure they said it was to give BOTH players more reaction time.

I used to feel special that I could combo consistently. Guess that won't be happening anymore.

The same way people say Lee Sin is OP. Lots of tools, lots of options. Seen in a lot of games. Effective.
