New Talon

No longer has a reliable way to get closer or deal damage to ranged champions. As a champion I've been using since his release date (my 2nd summoner name, after changing it from my real name and learning the game was "Talon Wukong", still my 2 favorites to this day, even though S2 I mainly used Riven because of how Godly she was) and I understand how powerful he was.

Don't get me wrong, if you check my match history with new Talon, I'm still consistently pulling in S ranks from having a large amount of CS, but I have absolutely no way to deal damage to ranged champs in laning phase. Late game, I have to activate then use my ult from the FoW just to get close to somebody like since the blink has been changed to a leap and will get me CC'd if I use it over a trap/wall.

Lastly, I haven't tried it yet, but I used to use Talon's blink not just to get around wall, but to pass through a bind/slow combo, does it being a leap now mean I'll get binded if I try to "leap" over it?
