Rageblade buffs wont change a thing

OMG....I LOVE THIS. Tiny as the buff is, it's huge buff to Kayle. Now I'm gonna continue maining her in Season 7 if this buff goes through.

Also, the Rageblade and Bork buffs should put ADC Kog back on the map.

Rage blade. Doesn't work with Mordekaisers Q and therefore will never be purchased in him. despite him being a hybrid champion Who wants all the stats it provides

Rageblade still takes too long to ramp up and a 15 on hit damage is nothing. Useless. Unless you're going to remove the AP, make the On hit scale with damage stats and easier to stack up, I'm not going to buy this piece of shit if i'm playing seirously.

Something of note, this change is to make its build path feel less crap. With the current build path, you get AD + AP + Attack speed before finishing the item. After you finish it you lose the Attack Speed until you get stacks instead of it being upfront like the AS component was which made it feel bad.

i guess giving the item lower price and it doesn't work on adcs is better it should be reward item for melee carries i can imagine changing the item will make vayne super strong since giving it flat attack speed with 4 stacks is kinda op for her i'm guessing removing on hit damage from the item giving it flat 40% attack speed lowering the price to 3000 gold or 2900 and getting 4 stacks will trigger on-hit effects an additional time so someone like jax or kayle can use it so something like this: Rageblade: 40%attack speed 40 Ability power
Upon reaching 4 stacks: Every other basic attack will trigger on-hit effects an additional time. or maybe making it work for adcs but why not like devourer this item can be good again but also it can be balanced not to get abused by other champions the item all about triggering on hit effect twice .....
