no its not, if that was the case then there would be no need for ryze to have 3 reworks, and with each rework he ends up becoming cancer then nerfed into unfavorability. ryze kit just seems much harder to balance then yorick, besides ryze is one of the poster boys for league while yorick is just yorick
TequilaZombie1 votesThey already have a few ideas on him, but there are two problems: 1- He's not a popular champion. There's no real reason to rework a champion that is not being played at all despite pleasing the players who like his concept.
2- He's not that abusive. Old Poppy was abusive. 50% damage reduction on passive, invulnerability and steroid on the ult and her extremely high dmg Q. That was abusive. Yorickis annoying early and, if not fed, a walking trynd's ult past mid game.

Yorick gives 10 seconds of extended life before actual death, Zilean's ult gives another life all together.
His ult doesn't do much in teamfights, and he offers nothing to teamfights aside from his ultimate.
