Is lichbane actually a really good first item on Cassiopea?

I've been trying to master Cassiopea lately and I really don't like as the first item. It offer no mana/cdr both of with Cass needs early. The slow on that item is overrated and doesn't really do much imo. The health is nice but late game is almost negligible against the like of an ADC.

I've found that while lich bane it offers no health, it offers a little of everything else Cassiopea needs.

The move speed works well with her passive in lane, helping her use her W to zone.

A little CDR for her E.

Though her auto attacks are slow, I've found that her E doesn't really disrupt her auto attacks allowing Cass to constanly proc Lichbane passive. This give great dps for the mana spent on E.

It also has a little mana which Cass really needs early.

The cons are you are squishy, but if you play right, you will be doing way more damage than any other item you can get first.
