I mean, I don't see why it would get removed. Its not inherently problematic like some silences were (looking at you Kassadin / LeBlanc) given that its an AA modifier (and can therefore only hit a single person within Garen's auto attack range)

Only cases I remember them removing silences were on assassins, in which it is a horrible mechanic. On fighters / mages its fine.

As much as i believe that garen's Q should stun instead of silence, i do agree that low cd silence is disappearing from the game. Like an animal going into extinction, i don't want that to happen.
