Is this because of her passive? I kind of understand, but her Q range is not even that great, her E puts her in melee range to do damage, and her WR are both really close range. I am not saying she is UP or OP, but I think 160 of base damage on her main ability, that reduces by 10% for every time it passes through is kind of low

Every assassin has more snowball potential than her in lane. Zed, Akali and Talon can snowball easier, but she snowballs faster

I am just saying the base damage is WAY too low on her main focus ability. 160 of damage on 8sec CD is kind of bad, and it gets reduced each time it passes by someone. If only her E and R got 15 seconds of CD, I would be fine, if she gets buffed in another parts. If they take away her passive her kit would need to receive A LOT of changes
LongFur Fox1 votesThe last change she got nerfed her base damages and buffed her scalings. This was mainly due to the rise of tank or bruiser katarina. Yes she was getting popularity as a bruiser even in high levels.

She has a really high win rate combined with a really high pick rate. Shes technically dominating atm.
