The enemy has an equal and opposite chance of getting a Troll or AFK. Their for, your chances of winning due to an AFK or troll are also equal and opposite. leveling out the difference over the course of several games.

Bad luck friend. 5 chances for an afk or troll on enemy team, only 4 chances on your own if you aren't a troll so statistically the existence of trolls and afks helps you more than hurts.
