Moonflair on Rift?

With being removed we should have another item that shares some similar stats, namely armor and a passive that allows for tanks, supports and bruisers to stay in the fray. I suggest Riot add to the rift. Once again, I believe that this item would be very beneficial to the rift in that it would fit a large champion pool and add a nice balance of armor, magic resist and AP, perfectly suitable for AP bruisers and supports. Item diversity is huge, and I've been pushing for this item to be on the rift for awhile now.
