yes because i want to build zhonyas when im playing maokai or malphite....tbh, i would rather zhonyas and banshee's be deleted and actual ap bruiser items get added

is a manual lifeline with 99+ AP attached bare minimum (That is, on a level 1 , who has the lowest mana of any champion with AP ratios)

this item doesn't work on bruisers though.....
