I tried it recently, not as great as it used to be but it's definitely good again and probably a better pick than morellos on certain champs like xerath,ziggs or syndra.

I still wouldn't pick it unless I was in a heavy AP harass lane because Morello's gives more AP and Grievous Wounds which helps tremendously with burning through tanks and dampens the utility of heavy healing supports like Soraka. I just love Morello's because it just castrates so many champions (I.E. Vlad, Mundo, and Aatrox).

Yes, I pick it now every time I'm against Leblanc or other pokey MR mages. I think they finally made it viable again, alongside Morellonomicon, depending on your lane opponent. A great change, as now it offers strictly more mana regen than Morello's and also MR but at the cost of less AP.
