Aram is infested with bot accounts

Title. I play Aram every now and then with some low level friends (They love this game, but are scared of normals because of toxicity) and the amount of bot accounts I've encountered is staggering. Whenever I play with them, it's a miracle if we have less than 4 bots in the game.

It's happened so often that it's incredibly easy to tell when you have bot accounts on your team. (They all stick together with each other, leave base at the exact 1:30 mark together) And it honestly makes for a very unpleasant experience. Dominion is the exact same from what I've read, though I wouldn't be able to confirm from personal experience. It's like the only game mode Riot cares about is summoner's rift. I certainly hope that's not true because it would only exemplify how lazy Riot is.

The funny part is, these bot accounts are magnitudes better than any bot I've seen in any coop game I've been part of. And yet they still end up going like 0/20.
