Cassiopiea vs Boot Runes
There are quite a few runes that you need access to boots to use, will Cass be compensated for this in any way?

DuskDaUmbreon1 votesProbably not. Nobody's getting compensated for Manaflow Band if they don't have mana.
And she won't want either of the runes that use it in particular, anyways. The magical boots won't do much for her (50g cheaper, a bit more MS), and the activatable one isn't in a path she wants, anyways, I believe.
You could just not take that rune in particular, anyways.

Tenth Leper1 votesShe does not need compensation for not taking something. Udyr cannot take ultimate hat either.
If you take an unusable rune the game automatically substitutes it for another in the same slot, so she never goes without a rune.
