Kennen, Rumble, and Gnar all have proven to need massive nerfs

I support nerfing Gnar on principle but people who want the game to be balanced around the LCS are some bad words I can't say because the sensitive fragile flowers on the boards will report me if I do.

Nah, Elise is fine outside of LCS. Her kit itself is just too good for a jungler like Rek'Sai. Number nerfs hardly keep her out.

The only nerf i wouldn't mind them adding to rumble is if he got slowed for 1-2 seconds when overheating so he can't just Q>E>E>Q>W to leave poke range while laughing, i think most people are frusterated by the small window you have to do anything to rumble as a melee champion vs him.
