New Devourer may create Double Jungle Meta.

LARGE MONSTERS 1 stack per kill ⇒ 1 stack per takedown (kill or assist)

While I am not 100% sure of which type of champ will duo with the Devourer jungler (probably another devourer jungler, to get full benefits), but this may set up the opportunity to move many ADCs into jungling permanently (with their support being the other jungler, or them being the jungle's support).

Then you could have 3 solo lanes, while having the ultimate safe farming experience on champs like Vayne (who have a hard early game anyways).

Maybe you could do something like Vayne + Poppy (Devourer + Devourer), with Poppy being the support and choosing to lose gold, as her skills being amazing as they are. Both champs have a bad early game but a monsterous late game.

Or maybe something like Kalista + (Cinderhulk tank jungler).

Either way, with this double jungle idea, the clears would start on the opposite sides of the jungle, which if they needed to share a camp, it would be alright thanks to Devourer giving the benefits of a stack anyways.

So what do you think? Does this have any potential? Could this end up becoming the next Korean meta that most Americans call "stupid", then start doing like crazy once the pros start doing it after watching the Koreans, or will end up just being another "break the meta" dream that will never happen?
