Lee Sin is more broken than ever

I took a few weeks off for winter break and I play again and sure enough theres 2 lee sins in every blind pick game and they completely decide the outcome of the game. Like IDK why riot can't comprehend that 340 +8% missing hp FLAT DAMAGE every 5 seconds is broken as fuck. Adjust his ult numbers to need more AD and nerf his Q to 280 flat damage this shit is out of control.
