Day 1 Releases are Troll Bait in Ranked

We can ban the thing and hope we don't get trolled by the "ally" who wanted it. We can try and play with the thing, knowing our chance of winning is 2 in 5 at best. Or we can dodge the thing and hope that after the dodge timer expires, we don't find ourselves in a repeat situation.

Thanks for hardly ever listening to your players, Riot. We ask you disable the new thing in ranked for a little while, but you don't and you likely never will.

Way to give trolls more power over the rest of us.
