Brand's ult needs more consistency

I'm not even talking about having prioritize champions naturally (even though that would actually make his ult good), I'm talking about something along the lines of if target is on fire pyroclasm will now prioritize 1) champions, 2) other things that are on fire (so you can actually combo it in a creep wave rather than have it fly off doing w/e) and 3) whoever. Seems reasonable, since it's never gonna bounce off hourglass or come off it's totally aok cooldown if it doesn't actually come out.
