Instead of her shield, or her Q, or her ultimate. Since Lux's E and Luden's Echo is the most cancerous thing in early game versus other mages that have to aim skillshots that are fair and don't cover half the lane.
But then the Lux mains will cry and kill themselves.

In low elo, they always rush it since it's affordable and makes for easy poking against immobile champions (which mages usually are).
