I consistently hear people say adcs are the easiest role, but whenever i try to jinx, it get obliterated by divers/assassins/tanks, is anyone able to give me tips on how to play this champion?

The number 1 rule of ADC is: STAY IN THE BACKLINE AND KITE

I see this far too often. ADCs just go in next to their tanks expecting they gonna live and get a ton of kills. No. Sit in the back, have your tanks peel, and let you attack speed and damage shred all of them.

i do stay in the back line, but i always have a vi or noc, one shot me, or the mundo or olaf runs through my team straight at me and i cant do anything about it

Thats partially your teams fault. If you are getting dove onto and your team doesnt turn around to come help the adc, than thats on them. They should be protecting you, but a lot of times at lower elos, they dont understand this concept or do it well. If i run into this situation as an adc main.......If im getting dove onto and no one on my team comes to my aid....then heres how i play it for the rest of the game, or until my team recognizes their mistake and changes it. I let the teamfight start...staying way in the back and not attacking anything....wait until i see the enemy thats been diving me go onto someone else (because im so far away that they cant go on me)...now when i see that the dive potential is gone, thats when i make my move and go into the fight. The whole process usually only takes a few seconds because the enemy wont wait around doing no damage in the fight, just to get you. At this point you can usually clean up the kills, provided your team hasnt all died already. Now if your team calls you out and asks why you werent attacking anything for the first few seconds, you simply explain "ive been getting dove on in every fight with no one coming to my aid, so this time i waited it out". Most of the time someone on your team, if not everyone, will keep an eye on you in fights from that point on. But if they dont....keep using the wait it out strategy.

Jinx is a hypercarry, which means that her power spike is going to be in the late game. So your main goal in the early game should be play safe, and get fed.

Make use of the vision that your support has granted, and don't push beyond the river if you lack that vision. Try to layer your chompers with the CC of your support.

In a team fight, I would recommend clubing the closes guy you can safely reach. Tank or Squishy, you will melt just about anyone. And come late game, you will destroy objectives faster than anyone.

the problem is i can never get to late game status, whenever i pick her, they have at least 2 divers picked to fuck me over

If that's the case, your should probably have at least one person on your team who can peel for you. (stand behind your support/toplane/whatever)

If you can't get the peel you need, their really is little you can do at that point. (and it wouldn't be your fault) Being a hyper carry makes you a target. But that's the case for ADC's and other glass cannons in general. (I usually don't enjoy playing glass cannons)

Im in lower elo, so most people don't even understand what peel means

Its not the easiest role to play. At all. Positioning is the most important thing to pay attention to when playing adc. Adc is my main role, im currently Gold 3 on this account and Gold 5 on my other one. Always stay near a tank or your support in teamfights, but also stay on the outskirts of the fight....you should never be in the middle of the fight. Youre less likely to be dove on if you have one of them next to you, they can keep you alive and give you time to fight back. You should also almost never be by yourself on the map, unless you are very close to a tower. You are the easiest free kill on the map if you are caught out alone. Now as for Jinx....she has no escape ability, so she is even more reliant on good positioning than some other adc's (lucian, ezreal, corki). In teamfights with Jinx you should be in rocket form, hitting any enemy you can from distance. Try not to use your chompers (E) until an enemy comes for you, that way you can throw them down and stop them in their tracks or make them turn around cuz theyre in the way.

ADC is one of the hardest roles to learn because your play is also highly contingent on the cooperation from teammates.

item 3031 item 3085 are her 2 item spike. She loses most trades before it so try and play safe unless you have a clear advantage. I usually run warlords on her for the sustain. Never fight early on with your rockets. Keep it to the mini unless you need the range to Finnish off a target. The extra damage is not worth the attack speed which you don't have. So mini will damage and heal you more often overall. Skill order is QWE with 1 in E at level 2 or 3 (I like 2 better for the engage / catch potential and most of the time your W is used for farming from a far or a poke attempt).

If you can convince your support not to play someone passive that also is a big help. Have them go someone like Lulu Lux Karma Nami Thresh. Ranged is better for the most part too. Just be careful with any low mobility, one-trick melees like Blitzcrank because if he is not landing Q's you more then likely are losing lane.
