What if we could ban 10 champs but only a max of 4 per Role?

Meaning you can not ban more then 4 supports,tanks,assasins,fighters,mages,adc ect?

From my understadning they do not want to add more bans because 10 bans you could ban say 10 supports leaving only 2 left, but with a cap per primary role I think it would work no?

No.

Almost all champs can be played in multiple roles.

All of these champions are played as support (though admittedly some less viable than others) so how do you get that there would be only 2 supports left to choose with even 10 bans focused on support?
