Whats up with Riot using "Strategic Diversity"?
Its like a campaign manager for the presidential election is telling people keywords to keep spewing out... You keep saying "strategic diversity" as if there's any difference between the 5 people who are in the jungle or the 4 people that go bot lane...
How is it strategic, or diverse when people just pick something because its strong and you (RIOT) hasn't nerfd it yet.
Has anyone seen the changes to nid on PBE? Given her spears are considered toxic and her kit is really flexible when she marks an opponent... SHE WASN'T PLAYED UNTIL RIOT MADE A CHANGE IN JUNGLE FOR HER. Now they opened up grounds in which to nerf her W and her E... But wait... nid's traps and E? Those weren't the problems with nid... Do you know what this means for Riot? They'll keep nerfing nid until they see a drastic drop in her play rate.
Its what they've done time and time again for every champion in the game. (X champ becomes strong -> nerf ) Why don't you flip the switch and swap places on the chess board, Look at the counters and spells that affect a (OP) champion INDIVIDUALLY and work on buffing those qualities to counter X champ.
What i'm getting at is, Riot keeps things in rotation. even if its for a week or two, they don't like seeing champions being played because of their "*POWER *", Well let me tell you something Boards. Would you like to see a champ you play get buffed in an irregular way, just to see them nerfed because suddenly their damage "came from out of the blue"?
Here's a proposition; When you notice a champion Rise to power / play in any scene whether it be competitive or not. or even bronze and silver, Try finding the champions weaknesses and exploiting them by buffing other champions that "STRATEGICALLY DIVERSIFY" the situation.
