Why does no one ever bring up Rek'sai?

It's the same problem as any high mobility champion. Too much damage. When you have high mobility, you need to be weak in some area since mobility is the most powerful thing in the game.

Rek'sai is balanced around his Global Pressure. The main reason why she continues to be spammed in the LCS. Yet in YOLOQ, your teammates won't make use of your Global pressure, and depreciate what value she still has.

She's op in competitive because hyper-aggressive, invade-proof skirmishing tank junglers are exactly what you need to cover all of your bases right now, but she's just not broken in solo queue because her teamfight isn't super ridiculous and her post-6 ganking and dueling isn't that exceptional.

Honestly I think her dueling is still really good, even after 6. I've no idea how given they've slashed her ratio on Q in half but she still does a fair bit of damage. Not necessarily too much but she's an amazing fighter for someone as tanky and mobile as she is.

See that's my issue with her. Whenever I fight her, no matter who I am, as a tank, a squishy damage dealer, or a bruiser, she still does more damage than I do while taking less damage. She's just one of those champions I can't seem to play against. As for her teamfight not being good, she's got a gap closer, a knock up, is tanky as hell, and does some good damage, what more could you possibly ask for?

Because while Rek'sai is overpowered (she deals too much damage for how tanky she is, even with no damage items), she's not actually "broken". She has counterplay, she has strengths and weaknesses. Her kit is fine, she's just a bit numerically overtuned.

The thing is, people don't really mind overpowered champions that much if their kit isn't too overloaded and still has counterplay.

LOLWHAT. People don't mind if it's just numerically unbalanced? People have been shitstorming over Ekko since he was released and he's nothing but counterplay! He preys on idiots, that's why so many people think he's so strong. Ekko probably has more counterplay than most champions in this game tbh.

After playing him and playing against him I've only got one thing that I think is a bit on the strong side, and that's the damage on his Q. His kit is 100% easy to beat though.
