Ornn's E(dash) has a very brief knockback even without terrain collision, but does not activate CoC
It's similar to the Knockback from 
Vault and technically a hard-cc, I just need to know was this intentional and if not could it be hotfixed?

Sire Hippington1 votesPretty sure it's intentional, kinda. I guess it has the small knockback cause it's very fitting, but it's not counting as hard CC so he doesn't have an easy way to the brittle effect on multiple targets, which as a side effect also causes him to not trigger CoC with it.
