Notable issues with Kayn(So Far)

First, this is not a complaint thread or rant thread so much as a "State of the champion upon release" sort of thing. I should wait a week or so but he's been out for a little while and we can notice a few things right off he bat.

First: The most obvious one is, his assassin form is worse than his darkin form. The darkin form's lifesteal is insane, shadow assassin form has a passive that get's reduced TWICE, first by Armor, then by Magic Resist. The ultimate for shadow assassin is very lack luster, it does literally like 80 damage sometimes at level 6 and that's...yeah that's not good, the Darkin form will always do more damage than that since it does Maximum health damage but shadow assassin form, that's unfortunately not the case.

Second: The wording for some of his abilities are rather...strange? Most notable the passive on Shadow Assassin states "Kayn's basic attacks and abiltity's do X% of all damage dealt to champions as bonus magic damage." Like wait what? What does that even mean if you were to read it in game without knowing exactly what it does. It actually deals 12%-44% of post-mitigation damage as bonus magic damage, but you still can't really tell how much your doing with your passive because it doesn't tell you a flat number and it's kind of difficult to tell what your Post-Mitigation damage is.

What do i think needs to be changed?

Well, more clarity on the wording of Shadow Assassins passive, like i literally have no clue how much damage that will do right now(Yes i know what post mitigation damage is). Second, the scaling on Shadow Assassins ability's, such as his W should be slightly higher, along with his R, it's also plausible to make his R scale with Missing Health as well, this way he can actually assassinate someone, also i'm not talking about a HUGE scaling but a small one, maybe scales with 10% of missing health, that would be enough to make his R really feel like it hit's hard but not to hard.

Finally, i really think Darkin Form is balanced, it's just so much stronger than shadow assassin form that there's no reason to go anything but darkin form half the time. One reason though is the meta of course, but with lethality getting buffed(and ADC's starting to use it again, hate those guys.) an assassin should be doing assassin things, Shadow Assassin Kayn, however, has trouble doing that.
