"Your playing an easy champ so getting fed is easy"

SnugglePuggle94··24 votes·2,694 views

He didn't say that directly but it was similar to what he said, but I was playing an Annie, who despite being "easy," I still like to play and am good at her. There was an Ekko on the other team and was mad that I got fed. It's not just playing an easier champ dude, it's mechanics and how you play, how you farm up and how good you roam, etc. All those things go into play on if your going to get fed or feed. Don't rage just because I'm doing better than you are.

Flash+tibber for the win. Heavy pressurizing zone by having stun.

Annie is sort of straightforward and has a heavy influence the moar she's near of you, specially if opponent needs to go melee range to CS and she got tibbers and 3/4 passive stacks.

Need to post the mandatory Annie guide.

SnugglePuggle943 votes

Lol that's funny. But yea that's what I do, I will poke a little then get my stacks up, stun with Tibbers and all in.

The Ellimiist1 votes

While funny, flash is not a prerequisite for killing with annie as that chart may lead you to believe. xD

SnugglePuggle941 votes

Yea I don't use flash to kill unless its necessary. I save it for if I need to get out of something.

Migrañaboy1 votes

I guess, but annie having flash available means that she has bigger zoning range and pressure anyways. While she might be vulnerable to ganks in the future, who wants to get rekt and give the first blood announcement after all?

Just to clarify, this pick was made when snowballing was more significant.

Tbh, don't say annie has mechanics. Everything else I agree with, but you're mechanics are watch your mana and your passive and you're good. That's all it is, it's not like some champions where they have to execute a combo to get the most damage. Otherwise, yeah, you're pretty spot on.

SnugglePuggle943 votes

I didn't NOT say Annie didn't have mechanics, I said its mechanics in how you play and get fed, basically sums up what you said about watching mana and her stun count just all in one word.

ElJanitorFrank4 votes

Well, if you get really far into any champion, they have mechanics.

For Annie, obviously there's the trick where you are 1 spell off of your stun, so you shield and then use an ability for a surprise stun, you can take advantage for the fact that enemies will get hit by your W if they walk out of range before the cast time is over, because cones deal damage based on who was inside when cast, etc.

Every champion has complex mechanics that can be learned. Most of the time, they don't become something you actually think about until well over 100 games with them, most likely more.

There's a reason there are Master Yi mains in Diamond/Challenger, and it isn't because Master Yi is overpowered, it's because he can have complex mechanics.

SnugglePuggle941 votes

Yup I know that.

Pæan2 votes

You can actually cast your Q then quickly E-shield while Q is in the air and it will stun and they wont have an indicator around you for your stun. Really helpful when playing "support" annie,

The Ellimiist1 votes

I think he means basics like farming with q and not allowing them to harass you. Ive seen some junk annies not farming at all just trying to q enemy mid and zone them, or farming with q and eating a ton of harass because they don't leave after a last hit xD

Lol dem Annie 'mechanics'

Flash R pentakillru.

There are certainly champs I respect more for being good with, Annie is definitely not one of them

SnugglePuggle941 votes

Annie takes some skill even if she's not a flashy Kat. People should get respect for playing her too.

YossarianSensei1 votes

Kat is people's standard of 'flashy' now?

I stopped reading and just downvoted when I saw you're an Annie player.

Your opinions count less than a Bronze 5.

SnugglePuggle945 votes

How rude and mean of you. Annie is an amazing champ and my opinion does count more than Bronze 5 so I'm reporting you.

Holy....how rude. Mean. I'm a great Annie player, so shut it. And I'm not uninstalling, you prick. I'm reporting you. People like you make me hate the game, but when I roll all over you with Tibbers is why I love it.

Being a Bronze player doesn't mean I'm shitty at playing certain champions. You are so mean I'm considering posting all your comments to a Red, so you better stop.

Reynard the ƒox1 votes

You're priceless, honestly. A Bronze Annie player is still Bronze, so yeah it 100% makes you garbage. My favorite part is that you're at 4 LP too, so you're not even 'climbing'. You're literally among the worst players in the world.

Thanks for making me laugh today.

That's all I really have left to say to you. Enjoy being Bronze forever kid.

Is Annie hard? No, not at all. It's pretty easy to master Annie in a couple games.

However, to do well, you still need League skills, and specifically here mid lane skills. It's not a free win champion; no such champion exists (Anymore,....Release Xin Zhao/Darius,.....Shudder)

SnugglePuggle942 votes

Ahem. I've leveled Diana to Mastery 5. I have Morgana and Annie to level 3. Kat to 2, Karma to 2. I play other mids but I like taking Annie to have fun and have a good game.

Troy2426213 votes

And that's fine. It doesn't make laning easy, it just means the champion itself doesn't add difficulty on top of it.

Using an easy champ doesn't make the role easy; the role is still going to have difficulty because it still demands skill. It just means the difficulty isn't accentuated by using a complicated champion.

annies been a bitch to play against since beta No difference then no difference now.

oh well.

An Annie player in a mobility meta? Wow. You're amazing dude. I'll be honest, I don't even have the guts to play Annie mid anymore.

Seriously? She is the definition of an anti mobility mage. I always pick her into LeBlanc and just laugh as lb tried to even proc her q marks

SnugglePuggle942 votes

That too, that's why another reason why I love playing Annie.

Singing Lark1 votes

She is anti-mobile. She also has a hard time getting into range.

SnugglePuggle941 votes

I don't really have a hard time.

GuileRaven3 votes

She is incredible easy to get fed as. She can basically kill anyone who is not experienced in dealing with her kit. Anyone who doesn't understand how her stun works, anyone who doesn't know what her range is, anyone who doesn't know how to play passively; are all easy targets for her, and it takes no skill to take advantage of these people.

SnugglePuggle941 votes

Exactly. It's why I love her :) and kinda funny when they rage at me cause I caught them unawares lol

Then why complain when someone points out that you are using a no skill champion?

I get this occasionally, though never when playing Darius funnily enough.

I've gotten it for Master Yi and Tryndamere. The first one from an Azir player, the second one for a butt angry Riven player (I don't hate Riven, just the toxic people that play her).

Well, yi and tryndamere can be pretty unmechanicsy depending on matchup. Like, they have things they can do to perform outplays, but depending on matchups its entirely possible for them to just faceroll and right click on you to win.

Sure and that's fair, but with Yi Shaco basically let me afk farm my Devourer so I could badly outscale him (and basically everyone else) in the late game.

With Tryndamere it was just a really mad Riven player who was talking shit to me and the Shaco on our team, cause auto attacking is for noobz I guess.

I don't deny that Tryndamere and Yi are easier to pick up and play (Yi less so for me) than a champion like, say, Rumble (I can't play Rumble for shit lol), but only a loser blames the outcome of a match on the enemy playing champions with simpler mechanics. I prefer looking at how I can improve, rather than hating on the champion I lost lane to.

Rabid Husky2 votes

well said lol he was just mad cuz he sucked and you know what your doing kudos on keeping the dream of simpler champs alive good sir and tbh annie isnt that easy shes not like heimer ya do need thaught and you do need skill with annie unlike heimer whos combo is taunt/laugh get them to dive your turrents e and w so gj keep up the awsome work

His Goatliness2 votes

To be fair it is easy to get fed on annie. That doesn't mean it's guaranteed, but it is easy. If you were playing LB that would be a different story. you barely have to be above dead levels of brain activity to get fed as her. Not saying you aren't good, I'm just saying most nuke champs are easy to get fed on if you know the general Idea of how to play league.

Edit: Most champs are easy to get fed on, if they are meant to get kills. (That might be the 4k+ total games talking though)

Celeste Benal2 votes

He mad because you have a stun that completely shuts him down.

RedCyclone2 votes

I play Sona mid frequently and it makes me laugh hard when I see a Zed/Leblanc/Kat/Asshole assassin get all "Stupid braindead champion no skill" when I cream them in lane

I like to throw fuel on the fire and say "Much easier to win midlane with your champion then Sona"

SnugglePuggle941 votes

Lol wow Sona mid, I never have done that. How do you play her mid with only one damage spell besides your ult?

GuileRaven1 votes

Annie has no counterplay other than "don't go near her". I think that's a really poor champion design. It's not that she's unstoppable, she's just boring to fight because you can't do anything other than poke her out of lane if you have the range or bait her stun with your mobility before going in on her.

SnugglePuggle942 votes

Whats you point? Can't I have fun playing champs that don't have all the shiny dash and all in moves? I think her design is fine.

Ehh, I just don't like how incredibly binary she is with her passive. Once she gets level 6 it's basically a game of 'don't think about getting near me without BV or you /will/ die'.

SnugglePuggle942 votes

She's fine. So what if she's ordinary. She doesn't need all the fancy stuff.

Sirsir1 votes

Well he wasn't wrong. Getting fed as Annie is incredibly easy if you aren't playing vs a poke mage or Galio. She is THE easiest mage to farm with thanks to her Q reset (and previously the 2nd longest auto range in the game) she can be really really tanky (for a burst mage) with just a RoA and her E.

I get what you are saying but I also get what he is saying, he has to worry about all that stuff too but also much more.

SnugglePuggle943 votes

Yea I agree.
