Honestly, she needs the charm to use her full combo. Without the charm, killing people gets harder. So no, making eve's charm like ahri's charm wouldn't be as good for Evelynn

As an evelynn main, I can say no she should still be allowed to because her charm isn't based of her q it's her w. If she misses her skillshot she pretty much almost misses the charm altogether, if you let an evelynn get close enough to miss her q and still let her e or q spam you then you must not have proper vision or just don't understand evelynns mechanics
