We need to address the stats of the final support items

and are flat out trash and there is no reason to upgrade them

literally cost 100 gold more then the other 2 and gives 300 more hp and 75% more base hp regen than

upgrading 's "eye of frost" to costs 950 gold and gives you only 860 gold worth of stats also faces a similar issue, and being comeplty waste of gold to upgrade

please make these final items better so there would actually be ANY point upgrading to them before max build and your elixir

Reasons to upgrade. You have tier 2 support item. You finished build, You still needed vision, you have extra gold, you have an elixir already. Upgrade to t3.

Reasons to rush tier 3 support items.... 0, Please Don't.

and this is the issue .. what im saying is there WAS always a reason to rush them until they deleted the freaking actives item 3312 movement speed boost and ghost were, priceless for placing vision and instant you bought sightstone and item 1001 you would rush to finish it because of those actives

even ruby sightstone was rushed after item 3157

but item 3092 is absolute trash... complete and utter garbage eye of frost is fine, i dont have any issue with the t2 items what grant the vision.

its just the third one that upgrades from 3 wards to 4.. is a complete and utter waste of gold if your not getting item 3401

which because of this, and the fact that it now works on range... I'm going to be building on every freaking support... because it has the only gold efficient t3. and therefore anything else would be a waste of an item slot.

You don't need to rush sightstone anymore? So don't upgrade to T3. In case I was unclear. ONLY Upgrade when you have gold, have full build, have Elixir bought, still have the 900+ gold floating around, and your team still needs some one to be dropping Vision that's not from a Trinket. Other wise if you have T2, Spend $ for part of your build that matters.

I personally never rushed ruby until I had 2 activated items built, and I wish to point out there's a high number of supports who never build item 3157 . anyhow its moot cuz No more sightstone. Ignore T3 until the last moment and all is well. Spend that gold in a better way. There is not a good reason to rush them, doing so because it worked previously but got patched out is stupid plain and simple.

Personally I'm more upset that item 3303 doesn't have the cs'ing debuff any more. Before, it required tier 3. It was one of the motivating factors of upgrading it.

item 3401 upgrade allows you to hold up to four charges and is the best of the three. item 3092 upgrade allows you to CS without penalty. It's okay, I guess. item 3069 ...is just there to let you spend your money on something. Keep it at T2 and sell it for literally any other item once you're six slot.

Personally I believe that Riot is going the wrong direction with the support changes. They need to be more slot efferent, not less. Put them all at around 2.2~2.3k gold like the other support items so they're actually worth holding onto.

item 3401 is good as is, just have it build out of a Kindlegem and give some more HP. Not a lot, +100 would probably be perfect to go with the price increase. It's already highly efficient based just on stats as is. item 3092 should build out of a Fiendish Codex with some more AP. Something like "+60 AP, +10% CDR, +50% mana regen" item 3069 should build out of a Forbidden Idol and give +Healing and mana regen. The health regen is absolutely worthless on most enchanters due to their ability to self heal. +10% heal/shield power, +150% mana regen, and +10% move speed would be a good start.

The Coin upgrade...is just there to let you spend your money on something. Keep it at T2 and sell it for literally any other item once you're six slot.

yeah which is why these two items need to be addressed.. the ap needs to be a MINIMUM of 60 to be worth upgrading, and i want that tribute speed boost again too. OR some item cdr.. i dont care if the price increase its a fucking waste slot right now that i CANT drop

its like item 3140 on AP champs.. you can upgrade it to item 3139 but its still a waste of a slot, but you cant drop it because you need the damn active.

Like I said. It's...okay. Not useful or even all that great. Just...okay. It's basically only for AP supports who can wave clear.

The Coin/Favor line is absolute garbage to upgrade past T2. It really needs buffs/stat changes at a core level. The AP item just needs an AP bump to not waste you item slot.
