Basically wondering if lifesteal does anything for a build centered around devourer. Wiki says it does generally (on hits benefit from lifesteal) but doesn't say it directly.
Bonus question: new devourer + eve e + botrk = ???
Physical on hit damage procs lifesteal, magical on hit damage does not.
However they plan to change Gunblade so that it heals on all damage.
ravage possibly proccs lifesteal but magical on hit damage definitely doesnt, also bonus damage from items never procs lifesteal, even if its physical like botrks 8% dmg
Im almost certain it does not. based on my knowledge of the previous Blade of the Ruined King. it used to be magical on hit damage. and when it switched out, they made it clear that the on-hit physical damage now indeed procs lifesteal.
my guess is if devourer were to be physical damage, it would benefit from lifesteal.
