He used to be a solid pick in mid and he's not even that anymore, he doesn't even reach 1% popularity as a mid laner, and his win rate is 45%.
Forty five percent Win rate, for a champion with such a low popularity, his ADC stats are better, but lack luster as always with 49% win rate and 1.20% popularity.
He is a healthy champion, that always gets the short end of the stick whenever you do itemization changes/role updates, but you prefer buffing shit like Xin Zhao, or changing Soraka every single PBE cycle.
