Blocking things needs to be normalized.

Poppy's W has some exceptions, which shouldn't be the case so long as Yasuo is allowed to have zero exceptions to his Wind Wall.

There aren't projectiles that are "immune to deletion". Either there should be, or there should not be dashes that Poppy's W gets ignored by.

Honestly, if you're going to make an ability that blocks dashes, but then also make exceptions to that, just make the dashes blinks.
