The champion spotlight explicitly said Ekko's phantom self is only supposed to be visible if you have vision of Ekko himself.

That sounds like a bug, unless it counts Ekko being in enemy vision at the time his phantom self was recorded.

His ult does 500 plus 130% of AP: there has to be some sort of counterplay besides the skill being hard to use offensively.
