Fix Hurricane

Hurricane's fine.

If the enemy ADC buys IE first and you buy Hurricane ofc you'll lose the fight.

The sivir bough IE first, of course she is going to win with a crit based build. Her crits are going to deal more damage. Hurricane is fine, it is really only bought for the waveclear and/or to apply certain on-hit effects to multiple targets.

Ashe just has less dueling power than sivir, if you wanted to dual a sivir then you should have played a champ that can match or surpass sivir’s DPS (like jinx, Draven, Jhin, twitch or other ADC’s that can use IE well). Ashe’s focus is on CC and utility, not on damage, Hurricane applies her passive and her Q to multiple people making it easier to CC a champ for your team to focus.

You also had a BC lol, the enemy team has very little tanks for me to justify a BC, not to mention that BC helps Ashe is so few ways that any other items (like GA or Scemitar) would be far more helpful and can turn the tide of the game.
