So you want a Champion who would just get chewed to pieces by Vayne, Fiora, and Kai'Sa?
I will also point out that crowd-control immunity is a commodity, and what your asking for is making that commodity something permanently available to someone. Olaf has it, but as part of his ultimate. Morgana has it, and can apply it to teammates, but also has the longest cooldown of any "ally-shielding" ability (even Sivir's self-shield). Sejuani has a slightly-weaker form of this in the form of slow-immunity if she hasn't been damaged by an enemy Champion. Simply put, immunity to crowd-control is too valuable to allow someone to have permanently. The only way to balance it would be to have someone be agonizingly slow by default (like a dismounted Kled, if not slower), which would not be fun for the player and would make them so susceptible to the enemies' actions that being immune to crowd-control would basically be a non-factor anyway.

Be careful what you ask for, you might get a bot lane carry bruiser meant to go along with a blitz or pyke support.
Supposedly Volibear's rework is said to have a passive that makes him immune to cc, turning stuns into silences and slows into lesser slows.
I personally want a huge champion like seeing those champions in those game especially jormungandr like his ult is super cool. Like it makes me think that league doesn't have a huge variety of champions models all the tanks have a similar hit box and same with the rest of the champions. Now to be fair in a game like smite you notice the side differences more.
But I want the cc immunity for 
since I feel like that would be a great fix.
I mean I guess riot could actually do both these things if they rework since she does become a dragon and she is a juggernaut.
