Sorry It took me so long to understand why Junglers have little to no patience for the needy

Simply put I often see Junglers ignoring pings and certain objectives just to clear more camps, and it often pissed me off until I recently tried Jungling again after a long break, and realized how much harder it has gotten for most non-god-tier Junglers, and the risk vs rewards factor has never been so important.

By that I mean before the recent JG update I felt like I had more leniency to put my own farm on pause to try and assist(I think the removal of basic camp buffs played a big part in this) but these raptors and krugs are a huge pain in the ass to clear now and If I fall behind I'm pretty much limited to wolves/gromp.

As I already mentioned there are a handful of Junglers to which the rules just don't apply and they can basically do everything all the time somehow, but that results in much less diversity(pretty much non existent), and Tbh not everyone can be good at those champs, nor should they have to be(many Junglers but only a few worth playing is total BS), & most of the time picked or banned.

So ya, do your thing Junglers. Rito constantly manipulates the entire meta around you, making it hard to adapt, forcing you to conform to very limited options while being tortured by your own teammates for not doing enough even when you are 1v9 and still winning.

It's not difficult to pull together a rune page + mastery setup that allows you to clear jungle relatively unscathed.

The main reasons why junglers ignore pings are because:

  1. They're not on the correct side of the map to respond
  2. They're not at a high enough level to respond to countergank or assist
  3. They're low from doing a gank or fully clearing with sub-optimal items
  4. They don't like you because you've been spam pinging all game

A lot of this. I don't main jungle, but I play it here and there as an off-role. It's really difficult to gank for bot lane immediately after securing first blood top.

Most of the time, it isn't worth it to charge in for a gank when there is no information available through vision control on a lane. If I don't have a path to gank your lane from, chances are it's going to fail and we're all going to die.

5- Because the last time I tried to gank you decided that taking those 2 caster minions was more important than securing the kill.

There are risk/reward plays all throughout the game for role.

As Jungle, there are great times to ignore your jungle and prioritize ganking for your team-mates.

If you are not a jungler that can only gank post level 6 and you do not gank before level 6, you are an awful jungler.

I. . . never really felt like I was constrained in the jungle. Unless if forgot smite.

I mean, if farm is your priority your not in the right mindset for the role to begin with. Jungling is a support position. Jungle mains don't like to hear it but it is.

So I would love to see you gank 5 times and die five times because you didn't farm, farm is how we get gold when we cant gank because of risk vs reward its that simple.

Yeah, if you fall behind you stop to farm some, but its never the priority. Get out and impact the map as much as possible.

Not really. The jungle is a place for tanks to farm and scale up without worrying about their vulnerability to ganks, their poor trades, and their weakness to ranged harass. You can support without ganking if you're able to initiate and absorb in team fights.
