My favorite pre game tip this game shows in load screen
"Teammates preform worse if you harass them after a mistake"
But yet its like no one knows this?

On the assumption that people take longer than a few minutes to reflect over what they did wrong, modifying their behaviour after feedback only after an hour or more, AND the assumption that you verbally providing the feedback do not improve yourself to a degree that outweighs any negatives, AND the assumption that this game is not your last:
It is in theory to your own disadvantage to provide well-intentioned, helpful feedback to people you are not queuing with, be those people ingame or outside of the game on forums. In fact I am going against this right now by posting this theory.
The reason for this is that your team needs 4 people not including yourself while the opposing team needs 5 people Because of this, any person you meet that you are not queuing with, is more likely (albeit the difference is small) to be on the opposing team than on your team.
The conclusion you can make from this observation if you are acting out of pure self interest, is that you should NOT give well-intentioned advice to other players, as they are likely to use that advice against you if you are ever in the same game.
I know right
ummm okay? But no one said you have to give them feedback or advice......its just saying if you harass them after a mistake mostlikey they will just keep going downhill.
